What a deal! Great room with personality, enjoyed the recliner, tv had lots of channels, had a Microwave and fridge, and the bed was very comfortable. Our hosts-Hans and "Mom"- were very personable and we really enjoyed visiting with them. Skip the box hotels and stay here. Great Mexican food at Carmen's down the road. We will be back!

As the night was falling, I thought it wouldn't be wise to take the 2 hour+ drive to Silver city on a frozen mountain road, so I decided to stop in Truth or consequences. If you are looking for a clean and value priced motel in ToC, the DV works! Great location, with several restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are older but clean and in good shape. Parking is very easy and as the property sits on the hill out of town there is a decent view.

I've stayed here in Nov the last 3 years, riding motorcycles in the desert around TorC, Hans is a great host, room number 5 has been my favorite so far. Hans is always quick to help us when we need info or materials to fix out dirt bikes. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Good clean comfortable lodging.The Motel is conveniently located, close to local venues and is very close to local highways.Staff was very helpful, they assisted me when I had difficulty confirming my return flight,I would stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone visiting Truth or Consequences.
