The poeple writing bad reviews obsiosly did something to provoke the manager. How does anyone know that who they were talking to was the owner. probably some worker who didnt know... More

Desperate to get off the highway with nothing else around, so I took a chance and stopped. Seemed like middle of nowhere but right at I90 exit. Late night. Manager was friendly, courteous, helpful. Room was simple, but clean. Quite reasonable price. No nearby open restaurant, but vending machine. EXCELLENT continental breakfast. Wish I could have stayed later to enjoy... More

Typically you would expect to see a big sign in front of this lodge from the road, that says "Berkshire Travel Lodge". The big neon sign that you see from the road says, "Motel". We got lost and went by it three times until a gas station owner told us that it was the Berkshire Travel Lodge. More

The place is nicely decorated for a older motel. It has been updated though. Also it appeared the carpet was new. We were greeted with... More

I had low expectations of this place because of what I'd read online. Actually, the place was perfectly adequate. We were only sleeping there one night and it was close to our destination. Since we were not spending much time in the room, we found it to meet our needs. I traveled with my husband and teen daughter. We had... More

In July, 2008 we booked 2 nights at this hotel. We reviewed the information on the website & found it to be suitable for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). We booked the 'suite' thinking it would give us the most room, a kitchenette, etc. When we checked in we were very disappointed -- understand, I knew we were not... More

This motel has people on welfare staying there. The owner treats the people on welfare as second-class guests. He tells them not to talk to the paying guests. The wireless internet was constantly going down and you had to beg the owner to reset it and he took his time in doing so---sometimes made me wait a few hours. Tells... More
