We stayed at The Lincklaen House while attending a family party that was held there and found everything very enjoyable. From the food served to the room we were in, and ending with brunch on Sunday there was not one aspect I could find fault with. Plenty of room in the suite with clean comfortable furnishings. Staff was friendly and... More

My husband and I have enjoyed the Lincklaen House with a large group of friends every year for 12+ years. The rooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable, and the food is second to none. Made from scratch delicacies such as house made popovers, sushi, fresh fish, and one of the best made Bloody Mary's I've ever tasted! You... More

Had a wonderful visit to this quaint historical inn. Food and service was great along with free wifi, continental breakfast, and even a computer room to print boarding passes. The main dining room has reasonable prices, a nice menu and is well decorated. A Sunday brunch buffet is offered for 11.95 how can you go wrong!! The 7 Steps Pub... More

Great atmosphere in this older (1835!) hotel, but service and amenities are average at best. Rooms are quaint, and most are nicely furnished - although some are so strangely shaped that they are difficult to get around in. The continental breakfast is a nice touch, but the only place that the free wireless works well is in the lobby. Even... More

We have vacationed in Cazenovia every year for the past 12 years because of the Linclaen House. This place is almost magical. The service is second to none. The rooms are spectacular. We have stayed in a different room every year and never a disappointment. The food is great, and the Sunday Brunch is 5 star. The Seven Stone Step... More

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the past so were delighted to find that the accommodations were as excellent as we have come to expect. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed good food and service in the Seven Stone steps and in the formal dinning room. We would recommend this Hotel to... More

We have stayed here several times and each time, we seem to have a different experience. We have had very nice rooms, mediocre rooms and, on this last visit, an awful room. We paid extra for the jacuzzi suite and could not fill the tub. This room was directly above the kitchen so we were competing for ample water and... More

If you stay here, be sure to ask for a recently renovated room and perhaps one not facing the street. Then you'll have clean carpet and decent bed linens and less noise from neighboring bars. Also, there are no elevators, so be prepared to walk up 2 or 3 flights. We did not visit the tavern or the dining room... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and were dissapointed with the hotel. I understand the hotel is quite old, but there is no excuse for the condition of the bed, bedding, and carpeting. The bed was uncomfortable to say the least. It seemed to be a 20 year old worn out mattress. The pillows appeared even older... More

The Lincklaen House is truly a gem. Although we have been there before for lunch, this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. It was a family event and we had two toddlers and their parents with us. The hotel gave us a rooms on a quiet wing. One was a suite with full kitchen and lots of... More
