“Not up to par”

The clerk was very nice. 1st room smelled smoke & dirty. 2nd rm. we could not get into. The hallways were shabby & not inviting to walk down. Way over priced!!! I should hope it is not rated a Best Western plus. Very disappointed

Welcome to 1970. Pool area is extremely outdated and the water is pee warm. The rooms are ok at best. Evertything feels cheap. Burned myself on the "scald proof" shower. What a joke. Stayed here one night after visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame. Very friendly service and roomy accomodations. “A homey stay.”

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Stephane was great. Very polite and friendly. Visited the resturanut, and was very pleased with the service. Our waitress, Hannah, was great! She was very helpful and one of the best servers we have ever had. Food was good. Overall, a nice stay! We all left pleased.

The only complaint we had was no fan in the bathroom, otherwise it was very delightful! Kids loved the pool and the bowling alley. Clean rooms and nice staff! my wife and i were very happy with how clean the facility was. our room was very clean and had no odors. the location was also very quiet. we had stayed here years ago and have definately seen an improvement. we will be back again.

Easy access from I-88. About 3 miles. I had R/Q king, but not available. I was given 2x queen at same rate. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgable staff. We stayed in Cobleskill as part of our Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame experience. The hotel and staff were amazing and very accomodating. The rooms were extremely clean and modern.
