Roger and I finally made our long delayed trip to the BHOF. We had a great experience staying at the Baseball Bed and Breakfast hosted by John Rudy. Nice house, excellent room, quiet area, and easy walk to downtown and the BHOF. John was a great host and we enjoyed bantering with him about the Red Sox/Yankees rivalry among other... More

This was a fabulous way to end our two week trip through New England. John and Suzanne are amazing hosts. The house is fully decorated with baseball memorabilia, with themed guest rooms (named after the Hall of Fame's original inductees). It also includes a beautiful harp which can be expertly played by Suzanne. Both of our hosts were very interesting... More

Proprietors John and Suzanne Rudy are two of the friendliest hosts you’ll ever meet, and their charming, in-town Baseball B&B is a home-run hit from its cheery exterior to its welcoming interior. Inside, you’ll find John’s enviable collection of historic baseball photos, posters, news clippings, books and other memorabilia; it’s guaranteed to set your imagination swinging for the fences regardless... This is a MUST STAY location! We loved it! The location of this B&B is perfect for those who want to visit the hall of fame. The hosts, John and Suzanne are incredible when it comes to local information and cooking! The sound of Suzanne playing the harp fills the house in the early evening and provides a calming sense.... We enjoyed one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had in a B&B! The house is charming, as are the hosts, Suzanne and John Rudy. John is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic baseball fan, and Suzanne is a musician who can engage those guests who are in Cooperstown not for baseball but for the Glimmerglass Opera. The location is... My husband and I were thoroughly charmed during our stay. Suzanne and John were very welcoming hosts. We enjoyed hearing the stories behind the baseball memorabilia throughout their tastefully furninished home, which is situated a short walk from downtown. It was a pleasure to eat Suzanne's generous breakfasts on the deck overlooking her flower gardens and a nice way to... More

When we left, my daughter talked for an hour about how much fun she had and how great a place it was to stay. "it was like staying at your grandparents place" she said. "Daddy, when can we go back?" Now if a 17 year old daughter says that about a annual baseball trip with her father, you know something... More

This B&B is a lovely home filled with baseball memorabilia. We rented two rooms and each was spacious and clean. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast that would keep us full until dinner. The location is within very short walking distance to the Hall of Fame and the charming village of Cooperstown and a short drive to the... More

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the food, the facility, and the fellowship. Suzanne and John are kind, gracious, and hospitable. There is more traffic noise than we are accustomed to, but the location is so convenient that it's worth it. If we visit Cooperstown again, we will certainly choose to stay at the Baseball Bed and... My husband and I are spontaneous and knew we would be visting Cooperstown to end our baseball tour. Before arrival we were unsure if we would be staying or driving home straight to Toronto! The host and hostess were extremely welcoming and laid back. We (family of six with small children) showed up on their doorstop with no reservation and... More
