The owners wet super friendly and helpfull. Every aspect was great. Nice and comfy room, at a great price! Great breakfast, extra care and food for our toddler. A few short minutes from the hall of fame. I really wanna go back to Cooperstown someday. When I do I will happily return to the Phoenix Inn bed and breakfast!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Inn B&B. Bathrooms in rooms, rooms were very clean, breakfast were fabulous. Felt very comfortable using guest refrig. The Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful with local information and directions. I recommend this B&B

This is a wonderful, quaint, and historical country Inn with the most accomodating Innkeeper, Vicki! We thooroughly enjoyed our 3 nights and are eager to book for next year. Delicious breakfast and access to the kitchen anytime.

My teen son and I stayed at the inn for a night while visiting the hall of fame and the finger lakes during a long weekend. The host, Vicki, was very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. A great deal, especially during tourist season.

The breakfast offers an unusually wide variety of offerings, from healthy to decadent.
