We were traveling with 6 riders to a cycling event and were looking for a comfortable place for us all to kick back under one roof and enjoy Ellicottville. The Villas was conveniently located near town and the facility was first-class in every way. It has a open-floor design with kitchen, seating area and french doors to a nice sized deck. The bedrooms and bath were perfect for our needs. The amenties were superb (even had a BBQ grill and TWO wine chillers!). I'd recommend to anyone traveling with a group from 5-6 people.
