I got bit my some bug while I was lying in bed. Not sure if it was a bed bug or not, but it itches terribly. Mosquitoes everywhere:( . I wouldnt stay there again. Hallways are narrow. The towels looked gray. Even if they were clean, it made me worry about the sanitation.

Our tour agent from Boston booked this hotel for our New York trip. The Chinese receptionist both male & female were cold and rude, they are just not keen to serve the guests.....The room was tiny and without wardrobe. Bed is not comfortable either. Bathroom was very basic and not well maintain. Only the location is good but you can... More

We ended up leaving the next day and didnt even care about getting our payment back because we prepaid for 2 nights. It was dirty (my boyfriend was a sweetheart and cleaned the bathroom before the rest of the family went in) and theres no tv channels, not that we were in the room long but to help wind down... More

Never had such a bad experience with a restaurant before. They change you pre-ordered dishes without contacting you first, charge you the same price and when you ask them why they get nasty with you. The place looks high class but the food and the customer service are very low class.

My elderly parents, my fiancee and I made a reservation here thinking we would be able to rest in a secure, safe and clean hotel while we stay in NYC. The location seemed to be great. This place has a parking in a back alley on a run down block. I had to walk around the block at night in... More

This hotel is somewhere between a 2 stars hotel for us. We are not a big fan of the location since it is in Flushing and it takes us about least 45 minutes everyday to go into town :( However, this hotel is recommended by a friends of ours so we had no choice or idea till we got here,... More

The hotel itself is hard to spot since its wedged between other buildings on a busy main street road. the place was nice quite clean and comfortable. i enjoyed my stay and im sure if your traveling to nyc through subway its a great place to stay since its right by the 7 train exit.

Very small room. Poor quality bed. Bed smell almost everywhere. The girl in front never smile to you. Always very busy talking to the phone. Location is good. Very near to public transportation, and restaurant. If you are on tight budget, this hotel works for you. if you can spend 10~20 dollar more per day, there is new renovated hotel... More
