Hotel is well cared for with friendly service. The decor is a nice reflection of the local area. Note that this hotel is located in downtown Flushing and is not as easily accessible as some other hotels closer to the airport. I liked this property in spite of the fact that the internet connection was unreliable (NO EXCUSE in 2012). The staff were friendly and the property in good condition. Nice property with clean rooms and easy access to LaGuardia. Front desk staff very nice and bell staff helpful with getting transportation, etc. The only drawbacks are the location -- squeezed into the middle of a block in Chinatown, and no pool. Otherwise, good value for NYC - especially if you're using LaGuardia airport. More

This place is not tech friendly. Few outlets, no ethernet, wifi is 512mb, could not run programs using their internet bc it kept timing out. Also the rooms have no ceiling lights... major pet peeve when I'm trying to get work done. They do give a complimentary loofah though. More
