The Internet was awful could never connect and if we did it disconnected and no cell service. Staff is rude. Front desk needs customer service training. Never never again will we stay here. So glad we got our house on post already.

Clean rooms nicely equipped, with friendly and helpful staff. The Internet connection was complimentary and reliable. The rooms were in good working order with climate control at your fingertips. Paper plates, cutlery, and cups were included. Cleaning staff was very detailed.

One has to remember this is Watertown. I was received well and contrary to one of the other comments, we felt the Housekeeping busted their but to keep things clean. But the facilities are not where they should be. I would still recommend the Inn, but improvements are required, and I believe many are planned.

Don't expect to have freindly service at the front desk. The front desk personnel seem to not want to be there and not want to serve you. their website states they are committed to customer service.
