The building is spectacular but as a hotel you should stay away. The bed in my room had a mattress that was completely worn out. I asked them to change it and they just put a board underneath it. The service and professionalsim of this hotel was unmatched. We were a large group there for a trial in Nassau County. From the sales staff, front desk, concierge and bellhops and doormen, you couldn't find nicer and more helpful people. We worked long hours and well into many long nights and they were always available to make my job easier.... More

The staff went above and beyond to make all family and friends staying under our block of rooms feel comfortable and welcome. They were especially helpful with coordinating rental cars and airport transportation for the out of town guests. Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious with coffee maker, iron and a very large bathroom. Decorated in traditional chintz. Beautiful town full of red and yellow tulips.
