Upon entering the Days Inn Hotel in Hicksville, New York I was greeted by Tom who was not only extremely helpful in quickly arranging my stay for April 15 & 16th, 2013 but he was extremely courteous and pleasant. The room was very small. The thin walls made all the noise penetrate and made sleeping difficult. Location near Sushi Restaurant was a big plus. The staff were friendly.
