Just had clients return from this hotel and changed to different accommodation within 2 days and that's 2 days too long. Hotel filthy, staff uniforms filthy, mosquito net filthy. If you like to eat cold food of plastic plates this is the place for you. Wardrobe didn't close and a very dangerous step down from the toilet to bathroom floor... More

Visited Palm beach for the second time right at the end of the season (April 2013). Once again the staff were the most important thing in making my stay great. Without them I would have had some complaints. From the waitresses to the security and cleaners everyone has a smile and a good word. The hotel does have it's problems.... More
