Everything was excellent! Very accommodating staff. Facility was extremely clean. We stayed as part of a group there for a sporting event. This is not the first time our team has stayed at a hotel. This is the best experience we have had at a hotel!!

Very nice clean hotel. It is right next to a shopping mall and conveniently located to many chain restaurants. The hotel does not have it's own restaurant but you can dine at the Hilton Garden Hotel which is steps away.

Basic Hampton Inn. Dingey room. Gross carpets!! Great, friendly staff made it bearable. Reletively pricey. View from the window was the roof over the swimming pool and another hotel. Nice..... Hotel location is too far from what resataurants there are in Elmira.

Nice room and hotel, very good breakfast and afternoon cookies! The weekend room rate seemed a bot high for a Hampton! Room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again but I would hope for the weekday room rate which was a little high to begin with!

We reserved a rollaway bed for our stay, and sure enough, it was waiting for us in our room when we arrived. The room was larger than we expected and it didn't even feel cramped for 5 people. Hotel was full so we were given the handicap accessible room so it extra roomy. Everything was clean and very up to date. The Hilton Garden Inn next door was the same price but we went with this one, just because it has the free breakfast and I was completely satisfied. I really don't need anything more in a hotel.

This hotel has some of the best employees I have ever dealt with. It was also very clean all around. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The pool area was kept very neat and there was even a little patio out back that we could go outside to enjoy the weather. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
