I stay at the Elmira/Horseheads location when I visit my daughter at Cornell. I can always count on a wonderful room and kind service. Since I travel for business regularly I know from experience this is not something I can take for granted and greatly appreciate it when my expectations are met and exceeded.

The hotel tries to decorate to that "garden" feel but it really makes it feel slightly old and a little bit dirty. My room (205) had low water pressure. Front desk staff very neutral. This hotel is beautiful, really clean, has a great pool and very kind staff. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Have a custom made omelette and sausage. SO good. And if you are a service member in the military, you won't believe the value!

The loction is terific. Close by to malls and resterants. Great hotel staff and in house resterant. Great for families. It has it all. It is walking distance to a large mall, Outback steak house, and a Olivegarden. Hotel was extremly clean and had no issues with connecting to the internet.

Very nice stay here. Garden Inns seem to becoming closer to full service Hiltons then they originally were and this is a good thing! Great bar and breakfast service. Rooms were clean, and well furnished

Excellent service. Already planned my next stay. Friendly staff, easy highway access, close to mall area with all the extras within a short distance. Hopefully I can take advantage of the pool area and fitness center on my next trip. Recommend highly.

Stayed here on business and this was a great Hilton. The hotel is decorated very nice and has a great breakfast restaurant. Also has a small bar on site too. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Was a nice choice to stay and would certainly stay again. If you are thinking of booking here don't hesitate.
