Service and cleanliness were above par at this hotel. An awesome place to stay in Ithaca. And, I've stayed a few places in town and this was the best.

Disgusting! The reason we chose this motel is because it had a walk out in each room. Unfortunately for us we were put upstairs, 3 rooms on the second level and about 40 with a walk out.
