No Microwave, no fridge, no water, no good service, no good attitude. Had to wait at JFK for 90 minutes for their shuttle after calling them!!!! The worst part was that they charged you a higher price than the description online!!!!!!!!! I would never ever live in this hotel again!!!!

Really convenient for our late night arrival at JFK before onward travel. Very strange to have breakfast served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery - seemed so wasteful. I stayed here for only 5 hours to sleep between a red-eye flight and an interview. This is a good place to stay if you are in transit and need to take a fligth early in the morning. As Hampton Inn does everywhere, the breakfast is free (included in the price!!!) and has a lot to choose.
