We arrived at 12:00 am to find they find they did not have a room for us. WE Had to wait while they cleaned a room. We guaranteed this room 3 months in advance. HOTEL NOT UP TO FAIRFIELD STANDARDS. (Which aren't that high)

This hotel is mainly for sleep over in between flights at JFK Airport. My wife and I do recommend this hotel for this purpose. Food is execellent.
