Nice, comfortable, clean room. Not fancy, but good value. Only problem was the disinterested night desk clerk. Check-out MacDuffs restaurant (4th and Pine) if you want something other than fast food.

Good accommodations in downtown Jamestown. Nothing overly fancy, but room/bathroom were very clean and location is great if you're going there to visit the I Love Lucy museum which is a short walk down the street. I thought the room rate was a little high in price for the area, but it is what it is I guess. The hotel...

Having ended up at this hotel as a "winning bid" I was very pleased to find this clean and comfy with very helpful staff. As this is an expensive area for hotels (unsure why outside of summer months) this BW seems to be a gem to have found. If the BW is listed as a BW PLUS there seems to...

I just got back home after having visited Jamestown from Aug. 3rd - 8th for the Lucille Ball 100th Birthday & Comedy Festival. This was my third visit, and each time I stayed at the Best Western. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Besides being most conveniently located to allow easy walking distance to the Lucy-Desi Center, the Best Western is...

We stayed here with a large group for a family reunion, Spent the first night in the Clarion a block away and that place is a dump. The BW is clean and relatively new. Comfortable beds, VERY quiet, good basic breakfast, pool, and exercise room. Parking can be a problem since they have a small odd shaped parking lot. Front...

The area was kind of scary at night, but as a city kid, I can handle myself quite well. The accommodations was nice. Check in was a breeze. The pool was great. Breakfast was nice. Everybody seemed to be friendly. Found that many of the staff smoke at the same time outside when I wanted to smoke, couldn't sit on...

I embarked on a road trip across the Eastern half of the USA in April. On my second night heading East, I wanted to explore Jamestown, birthplace of Lucille Ball. Not wanting to stay along the highway, I ventured downtown and decided to try the Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I was greeting and checked in by...

Clean place. The remote control was a type that could be sanitized between guests-nice touch. Convenient to the sights and outdoor attractions in the area.
Breakfast Hostess did a nice job keeping up with the crowd of people trying to eat. She was very pleasant. Manager was very helpful in finding routes for us when we left. Housekeeping did a great job keeping rooms and halls clean. Keep it up.
This hotel was loud, dirty and just plain not worth the money. There were loud people everywhere. The lobby was dirty. Breakfast in the morning was useless. It was advertised as a PET FRIENDLY hotel, but there was NO WHERE to take your pet. It was loud all night. The carpets were nasty. The pull-out bed looked nasty too. Would...
