I foolishly confused this for the Super 8, and greatly regretted it. The guy at reception was not very intelligent, communicative, or friendly. Perfect location - close to the lake and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable and modern room. Appreciated the lack of carpet (makes the room feel cleaner than some hotels with carpet) and free internet. Overall, excellent value.

We spent this past weekend at this hotel. Owners are not very friendly. It is convenient to almost every thing and cheap. Less that $300 for 4 nights. Very overpriced for what you get. With no amenities (stains on shower curtain and no shampoo/hair dryer/clock) I find it insane to charge 200 for one night.
