Staff in restaurant were great, especially Jemanesh Mohamed who prepared popcorn and then the best coffee I have had the pleasure to drink. Her smile that evening and whenever she waited on us was outstanding. The accomodation, the food and the staff were excellent.

I have never seen such a fantastic service in any hotel I've ever been call it 5* or so. The management, the people working there are really humble and nice. They are real and the service is really awsome.

This is a very good Ghion hotel. Rooms as usual, OK. Good restaurant and bar with good service. Good gift shop in the lobby. BBC in the lobby. Overall good service.

The sweeter of many of the hotels in Lalibela. Beautiful, simple, clean rooms and a wonderful staff. Watch out for the gift-shop employees--they'll try to recruit you to buy their wares at their own shops across the road. Limited hours of hot water, which is okay by me.
