This hotel was a most pleasent surprise, nice clean room, sunday p.m. a wonderful band was playing in their ballroom. Would stay there again anytime. Lake placid, a nice place to visit.The family was in the area for a college graduation.

The only good thing about the room are the beds, they are decent, firm mattress. The decor of the washroom can't be simpler than that. The tiles on the floor looked dirty. We stayed one night here. The hotel is a short walk from the lake. The rooms come with an electric radiator which took an hour to heat up. The shower head was pretty bad and the water temp was inconsistent. The room was adorable and clean. The beds very comfortable. No elevators!!
