From the outside, I was not expecting much, but I was surprised. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and quite comfortable. The slight downsides? This is an older building, with LONG corridors, which can make for a long walk to your room. Also, the TV was very old, and the picture fuzzy. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel during the summer months. The rooms were clean, well stocked, great bedding and good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was also good. The housekeeping and staff are to be commended. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Tianna was most helpfull at getting our reservations extended for an additional day. She went out of her way to ensure we were able to keep our rooms when reservations were limited.She sets the benchmark for customer service and we will make sure to stay at this hotel again. Jim K. Quakertown, PA.

I was there for a long stay and was pleased with everything from house keeping to the front desk. The breakfast was put out early and was very good. The front desk was always helpful. Tianna at the front desk and everyone else made my stay very comforable.

Tianna was very helpful throughout my stay. I waited until she was on duty to get things taken care of since I knew it would. The rooms are nice. Parking is tight, but hey it's NY! I wish they had coffee 24/7 and not just in the morning..
