this hotel was rough. not very clean at all. One of the rooms our party was staying in had bed bugs, so was not good. There were stains on the bed linen and rooms smelt of smoke. Not in Manhattan, but they had a good shuttle service from and to the metro station. Good breakfast, nice staff. Our room had a good size for 4 people. We could order dinner from nearby delivery services, menus were in the room. More

No bugs, but not necessarily "clean". Lots of stains & crumbs, etc., in corners, small things, etc. Breakfast ok, but waffle iron handle broken, causing me to burn myself when it fell off. If you are just looking for somewherento sleep for a night this will do. Hotel is across from a graveyard and there are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel staff isn't the friendliest or most helpful. Hotel in need of some updating and some deep cleaning. More

Found bedbugs in my room,the desk clerk didn't even apologize. They found me a room 10 miles away that was more expensive. Also stained curtains and the phone was filthy. More

Stayed for 11 days in October 2011. There is a shuttle bus to the local subway (Woodside) that is pretty efficient.
