We were stuck staying at Webbs since were visiting the Chautauqua Institute only for a few days. Hard to find accommodations for a family if staying less than a week. Hotel needs updated. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom really needed an update. The continental breakfast was bad. Their indoor pool was too hot. The back patio had no view. Sorry but I would not recommend this place.

Quiet.... we didn't hear other guests. Definitely get a balcony room that overlooks the lake across the road. A bit pricy, but nice for a few days away. Close to wine country.
