The manager and other staff are rude and unhelpful. The rooms are dirty and rundown. There are so many other hotel/motels which are 30-40% less expensive and much nicer. We decided not to stay demanded our money back. Instead of a refund, my card was charged TWICE and I am still battling to get back $500!!!! More
