Leave all expectations for value at the entrance to Montauk. To be fair, we did come Labor Day Weekend but it hurts to drop $200 a night on a dump. Very musty and out dated but being right on the beach, I guess you don't have to try too hard. Oh, and their "queen" is really a full. More

We just got back from a week in Montauk and stayed at the Sands Motel that was right across the street from the beach and you could walk everywhere which was great. We rented a one bedroom suite with a livingroom and small kitchen with a balcony for the 4 of us. Nothing fancy but clean and did the trick... More

No odors...no bugs...no problems. We even checked in early without attitude! Very clean bathroom and sheets on bed were spotless. If your looking for four star quality with amenities dont stay here but if you are looking for just a basic place to sleep;it is worth it. Beach across the street was beautiful! More
