Room was clean, yet Ms. C. working at front desk could use some smiles and be more welcoming to hotel guests. We paid an inflated weekend rate, more than Hyatt or Hilton, to deserve such cold reception. She needs training in the hospitality business or belongs elsewhere.

Clean, convenient. Desk staff were unsmiling and terse. Breakfast was limited and packaged. Small rooms. Custodial staff interactions were pleasant.

Needed to overnight with very early morning departure, was comfortable, slept well, hot shower and in room coffee machine worked to satisfaction. Would return again.
