The rooms were clean and everyone was very accomodating. The only downside was that the pool was closed for cleaning and repair. A great value!!!!!!

Staff was great. Rooms were great. Sweta was the best receptionist to deal and hang with. Had a reception in lobby with food and drinks and was awesome. Good place to stay. Five star rating. Free brew in lobby!!!!

Maid staff are doing an excellent job of keeping things clean than in years past. Newburgh is not a particularly fancy town, but there has to be somewhere better than this place. We were with a group, and stayed in room 107. It was a nice experience, my husband and I really enjoy our one night stay there. Since I have knee problem, we were blessed to have a room on the lower floor.

We've stayed here off and on over the past several years. Recently we have stopped again and I can't say i'm disappointed. The hotel is ok. We checked into room and it had a smoke smell in it. It was a non smoking room. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room. I was happy they did because the smell was making me sick.
