Stopped for an overnight. All staff very friendly, especially the breakfast lady, and I'm so sorry we didn't get her name! My " bug a boo" is dirty corners in bathroom, and ours were "eat on the floor" clean. Beds were great! Room was quiet! Breakfast was terrific and we even got a "to go" bag for the last day...

This is the second stay for us at the Country Inn and Suites in Olean. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and courteous and allowed us to check in early on the day of our arrival. Breakfast selection was excellent and hours of service fit our schedule. We have stayed in other Country Inns that were $50.less than what we paid....same type of room etc. Guess each one can charge what they want. Didn't bother to ask for lower rate...just an overnight stay....next time we will research and find something better. The Country Inns are always pretty clean and friendly no problem there.

Country Inn Olean was clean, attractive and a very good value. Windows opened in the room and air conditioning was strong and efficient. Beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by a very clean lobby staffed by very friendly professionals. Room was clean and VERY comfortable for the five of us. Staff brought extra towels quickly. Free breakfast was also excellent. I will stay there again. If staying there...go to the Beef and Barrel restaurant in town. Awesome food.
