I chose this hotel for its price and proximity to Hartwick Collee (5 minutes). The room was standard economy. The TV was malfunctioning, but when I alerted the desk, two women quickly came to put things right. Upon arrival everything went well. No problems with check-in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV and remote worked as expected, Bathroom was clean (floor around tub in 107 showing its age -- new linoleum is in order, but did not present a problem). The staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean and neat. I asked housekeeping for extra towels and she brought them right away. I have stayed here in the past and the rooms were disgusting but they were much cleaner this time. The only con is there are no elevators and the vending area and ice machine are downdtairs. More
