Needs updating which they seem to be doing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They did have breakfast but we didn't have it. My daughters on campus so ate there. Very little parking but staff said they are expanding. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Had frig and microwave.

We typically try to stay here, as it's a nice, relaxed environment. The rooms are clean, prices are fair, and service is very good. Best value in Oswego. While not upscale, it definitely provides a decent place to stay without getting over charged like the other places in town.
