Hotel staff is superb... professionally polite and super friendly! 'Goldie' custodian bringing greentea to room, and 'The Voice' chef making delicious egg white omelette, and wait staff 'Jose&Company' offering advice on local parks/trails with what to do & where to go. Pittsford is a must see, as well as the Hilton Hotel Gardens Rochester!

Good news for the Brookwood. They are now a Hilton, well actually as of late January 2013 they are closed for remodel for a couple months but it looks like things are a changing for the better.
