Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our mistake was to not check out the type of bed it was before going to bed. The bed was very soft and had you going into a U shape, and with head lower than the feet. Next morning we spoke to front desk who gave us options of all their other available rooms... More

Requested non-smoking mobility room. It was very smoky and had to request change. Second room had dead hard-shelled bugs over floor. Called desk and lady came and removed them. The hotel was clean and well maintained, Outstanding customer service. The staff was helpful with directions and friendly. It is close to air port, the unique downtown, shops and restaurants. Rooms is amazing, huge suites and very comfortable. Friendly fast check in and checkout and easy parking. I will definitely be back.

Ok for a value hotel. I would not stay here again. I have higher expectations for Hilton branded properties and this did not meet them. The staff was nice but the room had insects and the spare sheets and blankets were not clean. went to use the pullout and old food and garbage was everywhere.

Stayed just one night in a 2BR King Suite (visiting RIT). The suite was huge, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was the best comp breakfast I've had in a long time...western omelet....yum! We will surely stay here again if one of my children end up at RIT.

Having a great breakfast before leaving for the day and a hot meal when returning was a huge feature that my family really enjoyed. We cannot wait to stay here again when we return next time. Thank you Homewood Suites.

This is a great property to stay at if visiting Rochester. There is very limit eating venues in the city if you choose to stay there. However, this property is close to the shopping district with plenty of places to eat and shop.

I have stayed here many times before and like the location - near many restaurants; the room - large like a small apartment; and the manager's reception Mon-Thurs with wine, beer, lemonade, cookies, and a different meal each night.
