Excellent location right in down town. Walking distance from restaurants and fun family activities. My family enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Very little staff interaction however the interactions we did have were great.

Good location for travelling around Rochester. The reception staff were outstanding when it came to sorting out our travel problems in Canada also giving advice about food and destinations to visit. Bar and central areas a bit characterless, good business stop over. Watch they don't charge for wifi. Booking through Hotwire which gave ggod price.

Our stay in Rochester was very nice and very comfortable. The Hyatt Regency there kept up with the Hyatt reputatation. customer service was bad. the contract we signed, they did not want to honor it and they charge me for an extra stay after the manager stated i would not be charge. room service did not clean, came back to a very dirty room and very uncomfortable bed. only highlight of the day i met robin thicke.

Counter staff is exceptional, especially Jacquelyn. If your need anything, they are there to help or advise. Nice to find a hotel downtown with an indoor pool. Value is based upon exceptional rate obtained from Hotwire reservation.

Comfortable, clean, and the service folks are attentive. But this property is 5-years past a renovation, likely due to local economic factors, just not feasible to sink money into it. Located in downtown, nothing nearby except convention center and nearby business locations so clientele are primarily business people.

Staff Very attentive, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nice gym. Small restaurant/bar. Food was good! Rooms, however, are tired and need to be redone and updated.
