In addition to no being clean the two employees who checked us in wanted to photo copy our credit card. Then then said they keep the copies in a box in the basement. Very poor privacy / security procedures.

We have stayed here many times, since our children live in the area.
Rooms are spotless, hotel staff is courteous and accommodating, breakfast buffet is lovely!
Location is so convenient..near Wegman's, all the shops and a must to go to Pittsford and the canal.

Reasonable hotel, way too expensive. Good breakfast though. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street (Marco's $$$$) and very good Japanese restaurant same side as the hotel. Downtown Rochester on Labor Day Sunday was desolate, depressing.

We stayed here for one night. We received an upgrade to a larger room which was fantastic. The hotel seems a little dated but was very clean. Front desk was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just needed a place for 1 night in before heading to our destination and this was perfect. The room was a little small but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. The breakfast bar had many choices and was quick and clean.
