Was there for a family wedding. The room was tiny, A/C didn't really cool the room, shades didn't open so we couldn't enjoy the view or have fresh air. The entire hotel has a musty smell to it.

Very old fashioned, lovely hotel. clean, great service, poolside drinks are top notch.

The view from the deck is superb, the bar is great and the restaurant is excellent and it is a shame that it has not been rated by Zagat. We were also surprised to see some of the negative reviews. We loved this relaxed, casual seaside resort. Lunch was delicious, the best lobster roll I ever had, which I enjoyed while sitting out on a lovely deck right across from the water. Truly relaxing. We can't wait to return!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend. It was a record hot weekend and the Pridwin's air-condition was minimal at best. We kept it on, in the room, the entire time and the temperature never dropped below 90 degrees. We had to sleep on top of the sheets the entire weekend.
