Very helpful front desk staff. Perfect location for those who want to stay close to the mall. Lovely room, very clean.

We went to Syracuse to shop at the outlet malls and we always stay at The Ramada Inn. It's not too far from all the shopping, and it has a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Can't wait for our next shopping trip.

Nothing to write home about. Average stay at average hotel. Food was mediocre, room was quite small and staff was not overly welcoming. If I return to syracuse I would probably give somewhere else a try!

Very clean rooms, pool was spotless and they do have a hot tub to enjoy which was nice. Hotel staff is friendly. Bathroom was a bit small, but ample. A plentyful breakfast buffet was free with the room.

Staff is very courteous,friendly,and helpful. It's a little bit off the beaten path, but this place was a solid value. Clean rooms and lobby, great water pressure in the shower (always a plus!) and a buffet breakfast the next morning that included omelets and waffles made to order! We had a corporate rate that made this stay the biggest bargain we've encountered on the road.
