I always stay at the Sheraton even though it is not cheap for being so far outside NYC. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the food is surprisingly good!!! The staff is very friendly as well.

Have to say I went for an event. I got there to find I asked the front desk for a refrig. I had incline. They sent up a crib. I did speak with the houseman that took the crib back right away and did get the refrig. he was wonderful. There was one working elevator for most of my stay.... More

Beautiful room with white bedding and french doors on the bathroom. Curiously, the bathroom doors don't lock! The room was fine but the elevators had a lot of problems - as did the restaurant. The room upgrade included extras we couldn't access and a breakfast that wasn't worth it. However the upgrade room included a nice bathroom for a Sheraton and the front desk help was pleasant.
