My girlfriend and I spent one night at Gothic Eves, and it was exactly what we had hoped for. The room was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated, and the house and overall grounds lovely. Rose, the innkeeper, was very friendly and attentive to our needs as well as our desire for privacy. She prepared us an excellent breakfast (crepes with... More

One of the main differences between a Bed and Breakfast experience and a Hotel is the personal custom service. My goal is to provide this kind of service to all of my guests. If you are considering coming to our Inn, please let me know if there is something that I can do to make it special for you. More

Rose and staff see that every need is met. Historical house setting with authentic Gothic architecture (hence name). Creative and thoughtful ammenities. Stayed while in town for work, wanted to experience the Finger Lakes region and culture. I got both, and a bed I did not want to leave that morning. Organic and locally grown breakfast. History lesson of the... More

Stayed here for two nights when we visited finger lakes wineries. The entire northeast was hit by a storm and some unbelievable amount of rain during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor hottub they had. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise at night time coming from the basement that kept us up most of the night, and... More

First and for most, thank you for taking the time to write about our Inn. Our guest's experience is helpful to all of our future guests as well as me. I remember this storm specifically because I had a lot of work done that Fall. The guests remember coming in September of 2011 but I believe that they were here... More

We stayed in the Potter House which is separate from the main house because we really wanted some privacy. We chose the Seneca Suite which has a wonderful queen bed with a very firm mattress (husband loved it, wife not so much) the room itself is lovely but the bathroom is very small, with the smallest shower we have ever... Thank you for reviewing our Inn. We serve as much local and organic ingredients when preparing our breakfasts. We are happy that you enjoyed them. The Potter House which is just next door to the Main Inn has only two suites and does provide wonderful privacy. The Seneca Suite is a large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, six windows and... More

We stayed at the Inn for 1 night over Presidents Day weekend. The accomodations are comfortable and relaxing. The location is great as it is an easy drive to both the Seneca or Caugua Wine Trails. The hostess, Rose, is very personable and professional. The breakfast was great. We look forward to going back.

We stayed in the Potter House (separate from the main house) and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and delicious, gourmet breakfast served by Rose. The decor in our suite was luxurious and the bedding, furniture and accessories were all modern and first rate. We chose this B&B over others in the Finger Lakes because we liked the privacy afforded in the... More

My husband and I stayed 1 night for our 7th anniversary weekend in November. We couldn't have picked a more perfect B&B. The location is fantatic with hiking and shopping close by as well as dinner at the infamous Hazlenut Kitchen. The B&B is on a lovely property, decorated with amazing antiques and is quiet and comfortable. The room was... More

Gothic Eves is an exceptionally well-run bed-and-breakfast. The hostess, Rose, is both friendly and professional. She also doesn't cut corners: The rooms are lovely and have extras such as comfy throws, gas fireplaces, really nice bathrobes, and access to board games and microwaves with hot chocolate and teas. Breakfast is delightful, all oganic and/or locally sourced foods prepared wonderfully and... More

We stayed two nights here in the Merlot room. The room is interesting as you have to walk through the bathroom in order to enter the room. It's an old house and uses the old style skeleton keys. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large window which overlooks the garden. The owner Rose... More

Just stayed there end of Sept. 2011. Rose does a great job and she is meticulous. Her attention to detail shows everywhere you turn. She makes a great breakfast. She is full of info for places to visit, eat and other things to do. While we were there, 2 other couples were there for their annual weekend which they have... More
