“It's okay but should of stayed at Turning Srone!”

Very old, needs renovation! Doors don't lock good - had to have security come and fix the door because it would not lock all the way. Windows very dirty. Very expensive for the quality. Business brought me to the hotel otherwise I would have stayed at Turning Stone. When compared to numerous stays at Turning Stone I would rate this average at best. We always make it point to stay at the Vernon Downs Hotel and Casino on our way to and from the Boston area. “BED BUGS aint cool”

Getting bit by Bed Bugs is not a good experience! Woke up scratching and didnt know why until i turned on the light and found 3 bugs running for cover. We had a fire in March of 2012 and we stayed at Vernon Downs for a couple of weeks we were treated like family there. The room was cleaned everyday and every thing was comfortable for us.
