“Greatest Best Western ever”

This is a very nice low star hotel, the best I have ever stayed in before. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and it is only a mile from Eastview Mall. The pool is nice and a nice temperature and the jacuzzi is nice as well. They could have had larger towels to dry off with, though.... More

We have stayed at this location several times and have had a fantastic experience each time. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Good location as well.

Our most favorite place to stay in Buffalo/Rochester corridor. Great ambience & service from star to finish. Clean rooms, great breakfast, nice friendly staff. “Nice Staff, Great Rate, Very Clean Room”

This is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. The lobby was clean and welcoming, the front desk staff was super nice, the room was very large, extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast area was well-stocked and well-maintained. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will definitely be staying here.
