Our welcome was friendly. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful quilts on the beds. Breakfast was very tasty but the portions were a little on the large side. It was an excellent base for exploring the Finger Lakes and the advice we were given was very helpful.

Selected for short visit to Sececa Falls area based on previous reviews but were disappointed with Waterloo in general. Warm welcome from friendly owners and comfortable room but we could have done with more variety and choice for breakfast.
