We enjoyed our overnight stay, very clean room,very comfy King Bed, as usual the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful plus courteous. We have stayed at the Ramanda Watertown,Ny on previous occasions and have always been treated wonderfully.Would certainly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights to relax and shop. The desk staff were great especially Shay. Made sure we had all the info we needed including our 10% off dinner vouchers and complimentary breakfasts info, which were part of our "stay and shop" package. Rooms were clean, food in the restarurant was great.

The Hotel staff is very helpful. Every staff member that we met greeted us with a smile and a hello. The hotel is fresh, clean, and cheerful.

Just across the steet from Salmon Run Mall, walk to shopping. Even though the rooms are older they are clean and the stay includes free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
