We've only been home a few hours and already we're reminiscing about the evening before when we sat in the cozy living room with owners Barbara and Tom chatting as though we were old friends. Vintage furnishings and local artwork adorned the walls and when cats Teddy and Rita joined us the scene was complete. We felt as though we... More

We enjoyed our stay in Watkins Glen at the Echoes of the Glen B & B. Barb and Tom, the proprietors were warm and welcoming, they made is feel like family. The beautiful rooms and house decor were spot-on for comfort and convenience. Even the pets made the vacation just like home. I definitely recommend Echoes of the Glen.

This was our first visit to a B&B. The home is lovely and oh so clean. The beds are comfy and the food is excellent. Barbara and Tom work so hard to make sure that each guest is welcomed and cared for. We met some super friendly people staying there....better than family actually. I just want to stay in touch... We reluctantly departed Echoes of the Glen B&B following a 3 night stay. This was our 1st trip to the Finger Lakes area, but likely won't be our last! Hosts Barb and Tom were warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and generous with their suggestions, tips and coupons. We were literally 2 blocks from the Watkins Glen State Park and a most... More

This was our second Columbus Day weekend stay at Echos of the Glen. It has a perfect location, walking distance to the Glen, dining and shopping downtown. Barb and Tom are full of knowledge about dining, the wineries and the cheese trail and made sure we were aware of special activities that were occuring for the weekend as well as... More

We are sorry that you felt uncomfortable in our Bed & Breakfast. Each guest is shown the policies at check in. One of which is the "quiet time" of 11 p.m., so as not to disturb other guests and our neighbors. Like many good hotels and Bed & Breakfasts, we go into the guestrooms to make beds, empty trash and... More

We enjoyed a great stay here! Very knowledgeable and helpful hosts who took the time to chat about the area and make recommendations for eating as well as site-seeing. Breakfast every morning was lovely with a range of fruits as well as a cooked element and always engaging conversation. Our room was the smallest one I believe, but still plenty... More

The Echos of the Glen is where my husband and I spend a weekend or a long weekend in upstate NY. Both of the innkeepers (Tom and Barb) are very knowledge of the area and are willing to give explicit directions to various activities. They are also very interested in seeing your "finds" from your excursions. This is the place... More

This was our first time staying at a b&b and we were very impressed. Previously, we have stayed at small motels and dealt with cheap breakfast options. This was a pleasant upgrade at a very reasonable cost. Our experience at 'Echoes' made us feel welcome. Most times that we passed through the kitchen area, we stopped for a conversation with... More

The innkeeper is knowledgeable of the region's wineries, restaurants, and outdoor activities and is willing to spend time helping you find these locations. The inn is very clean and is decorated as a home -- it is easy to feel comfortable here.
