We stayed at Sunset on Seneca last week to celebrate our anniversary. This truly is the Cadillac of Bed and Breakfasts. The room and the bathroom were extremely spacious. The bed had a Sleep Comfort type mattress. We had a beautiful view from our window. Frank and Donna thought of everything you could possibly need in your room. The breakfast consisted... More

There is not much I can add to all of the glowing reviews already posted here, except to say that everything is just as described. The hosts, Frank and Donna, have done an extraordinary job of creating a warm, inviting, comfortable B&B of superb quality for this area or any other. Every detail has been thought of. A stay here... We stayed at Sunset on Seneca over Memorial Day weekend while attending the graduation at Cornell University (about 45 minutes away) and this has to be one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. The location on Seneca Lake is just superb with really great views, especially during sunrise and sunset. Frank and Donna were wonderful hosts and breakfast... More

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset on Seneca for our anniversary. My husband and I have stayed at Bed & Breakfasts before, and nothing comes close to this. It was more than we expected. We stayed in the Green Room, which was cozy and perfect for us. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous with it's tile floor and stone backsplash... More

My husband and I stayed here while we were participating in the Chocolate and Wine Weekend. We stayed in the Green room which was spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous and felt spa-like with the stonework. The walk-in shower was large and had a waterfall feature. Frank and Donna were extremely knowledgeable about the area and were able to tell us... More

My boyfriend surprised me by taking me to Watkins Glen, NY. The little town was so cute! We stopped at a restaurant called Wildflower for lunch before he surprised me with this amazing B&B. We drove up to a beautiful home that was right on the water. It was so perfect. Frank & Donna both greeted us so kindly and... More

We love it when a surprise works out. We have enjoyed sharing our home for the last ten years with some wonderful people! We continue to learn from our guests, and strive to maintain the level of service we have traditionally provided. Remember, if there is anything you think we should have, or be doing, let us know. We felt welcome from the moment we came in, receiving pleasant introductions and a helpful tour of the house and available spaces. The house has a very warm feel, with lots of hardwood and inviting layout (high ceilings, cozy library, beautiful bay window looking out onto Seneca Lake). Hosts have prior service in the military, which contributed to their quality... More

We have a sign over our front door. "Enter as strangers, leave as friends." We try very hard to live up to it. It's always a good feeling when all the hard work pays off. Thanks a million! More
