Hotel is well located really close to the dead sea. Very convenient for the mud show and floating on the dead sea. Towels were plentiful. Shower was backed up and leaked all over the place. Housekeeping was called and after a few tries all issues were resolved. A bottle of wine and other accessories were sent to my room for... More

Check in took nearly an hour, partly because the receptionist constantly allowed herself to be interrupted by phones and other customers. Rooms dirty - never properly cleaned. Shards of glass on bathroom floor, no fresh towels at all, no hot water in shower, hair dryer did not work. Sign stating that water was not potable but available on floor, but... More

When you walk into this hotel you think you are staying a luxury resort-until you check in. Keep in mind, this review is about two rooms-and four people-so it was not just my experience. Then it begins....first, beware of being there on a weekend. It is incredibly crowded. They do not have enough parking for everyone-so you have to drive... More

Very rude staff and poor service, place is outdated... very clean though, and great location, food is ok, pool and grounds are nice. Not sure I'd go again! Hope my review was helpful... I recently stayed at the Le Meridien in the Dead Sea area and had a pretty good experience there. The rooms look a bit outdated, but they were fairly well kept. The location and the view of this hotel, make it top notch. The only real complaint I have about the hotel is that there was always an odd smell... More

Nice hotel. Great room. Loved that way that you hit a button to turn on a light to say" Do NOT DISTURB" or TO MAKE UP the ROOM. Great room amenities. 5 minute walk to the Dead Sea. Amazing breakfast buffet, food was fresh and hot. Only draw back is that our tour got there about 10PM and we left... More

I stayed in this hotel in 2009 and back then I was not impressed. This time I stopped over for a simple breakfast. We drove very early from the airport to see the sunrise over the dead sea and stopped there for breakfast. The quantity of food is not the issue, but at every corner of the restaurant you would... We spent a 2 night vacation in this hotel. The rooms were dirty. Our friends killed 3 roaches within the first hour of their stay. The room's floor was so dirty and sticky that I didn't dare walk barefoot. There was a big group of guests that made a lot on noise in the pool and even though everyone complained... More

This place is just AWFUL! People here are just down right rude. The staff is of no help and are completely unprofessional and incompetent. When we had arrived it was nearly 106 degrees inside the hotel as they do not run airconditioning where the rooms are. We waited forever to catch the elevator (the elevators are so slow I felt...
