I found this hotel exterior to be very pleasant. The pool area was well maintained and the mountain behind the hotel was beautiful. There was also a very extensive breakfast buffet with a heavenly assortment of smoked salmon and salads. That is just about where the positive comments end. I traveled in the former Soviet countries in the early 90s... More

We stayed with family in Royal Rimonim in Passover and everything was just great. Delicious food, nice room with beautiful view.My kids have also enjoyed and ask me every time to go back there. We lost a wallet with over 1000 nis cash in the buffet and a credit card and the hotel manager himself brought it to us. Just... More

I have stayed there with my family(3 rooms) We payed 1200shekels (250euro) for a 5 star hotel : food was not great, 80% of the chairs in the pool are broken, rooms are dirty, hallway was dirty and even with a discount of 20% and an upgraded room for the next time I will never stay there anymore!! Feel it necessary to share my recommendations for all interested in a delightful vacation stay. The room was very nice, very clean, excellent food, and excellent choices, better than most hotels I've stayed at. Staff helpful and accommodating. Good atmosphere for all ages. A good get away!

Only spent one night here. Every room has a view of the Dead Sea and the hotel has a resort feel to it. When compared to some of the other 4 star properties in Israel, this one was well kept and maintained. Spa prices are not at all reasonable so you are better off getting services back home, wherever that... More

What customer service? Check-in was at 3 but we forced our way into the room about 6 pm. The room was not ready. It took a lot of asking to get the late check out. Just one hour. Next morning at 11 we got a call asking to leave... No free internet. We paid to have it - didn't work.... More

After this stay, I have learned that we need to ask and inquire for a lot more than we usually do... The pool opening hours, leisure schedule (if it is provided by hotel) and inconvenience that may happen in the dates of stay (as remodeling etc) I must say that the private Dead Sea beach is great and my older... Great location with panoramic views of the Dead Sea. Large rooms, but a bit worn and in need of renovation. Good and varied dinner and breakfast buffet, although even non-Jews have to deal with Old Testament eating regulations over Pesach, ie no bread! Free wifi in the lobby, very expensive to buy access from the room! Nice staff. Nice pool... More

Let's start with the RECEPTIONIST that doesn't speak much English... I was with 2 friends from Spain and I asked her to talk in English so we would all understand and she said: "I don't speak English very good", never heard of it especially in such a touristic place. The room was big and had a great view but we... More
