We found this hotel while traveling through Bordeaux recently and were very happy. The hotel is a short distance from St Emilion and the service was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff rude and unhelpful. Restaurant and pool out of commission. Ejected from hotel at 10.30 at night because plumbing had broken down and there was no water. No compensation or even apology offered. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST !!!!!
