“Clean modern hotel 20 minute walk to city center”

A comfortable reasonably priced no frills hotel with spacious room and decent facilities. Easily to find with a car as there are plenty of signs. Parking is on curbside or underground in a building opposite to it (you should ask reception for a key to open garage door first). Service is charming and helpful. Beds are hard. Easily located following municipal street signs. Very new building. Extra large bright double room with bath and a balcony. Individually controlled A/C. Parking at curbside or underground. A block from new main bus station. 10 minute walk to various popular restaurants. 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor.
